A Special Wedding Celebration

Today, we went to Daddy's best friend Zane's wedding party. They actually delayed the celebration until we could come, which I thought was really nice! After 12 years, Daddy and Zane finally got to catch up in person, and it was great seeing them chatting together again.

There were lots of other people there too, and there were loads of things to do. There was drawing, colouring, and games like Uno! and Snap. There was even a game where you had to throw bean bags into a hole, which was really fun. There was also loads of food. I mostly had chicken, but there were pies, beef, and pizza as well. I also found out that you could just ask for a drink whenever you wanted one, although I still checked with my parents first!

After Zane and his wife, Jess, gave their speeches, I had a chat with Zane about Dragon Ball, which was really cool because we both like it. Later on, we went upstairs with Zane, Jess, Kade (their son), and some of their close friends for dinner. We had a really nice evening before heading back to our Airbnb and going to bed after another brilliant day.
